I was told was that I should allow for between 30-60 minutes for each Butt in order to get the meat pulled and packed. With the two pullers I ordered we averaged under a minute to pull each of the 200+ Butts. No Sharp knives or burned finger. We even used the pullers to mix up the sauce in 5 gallon buckets! I have to share a video of one of the guys using the puller for the first time. He was one of the crew who was pulling last year by hand.
