Vinyl put in a new generic sleeve and, for shipping purposes, placed outside the jacket. Jacket and vinyl placed in a poly outer sleeve. Vinyl visually inspected for condition. . Records that are graded as Good or Good Plus can be enjoyed (without skipping) as holder copies (adding one under the assumption that at some point in time the collector will find and upgrade another copy).
