This handmade scrimshaw hobby tool handle is fabricated out of stainless steel that has been polished to provide comfort and durability. The solid carbide tools that are provided have been sharpened to a point on an 800-grit diamond wheel. The points on these tools are so sharp that no undue exertion is required to scribe, as the weight of the tool itself is enough to perform any action. Final inspection of these high quality tools is made on a Jones & Lamson comparator using a 20x lens. You will find that these tools are of the highest quality both in materials and in fabrication.
