This is in good shape. Strap is intact. Comes with thumb screw on bracket. There is some tape around the lower part of the grip. I do not know why the tape is there. It was on it when I got it many many years ago. Worked fine all these years, so I never took the tape off. Has shoe on top of grip, but not a hot shoe.
