It seems to be missing the crystal and minutes hand. The factory set diamond dial could use some refresh. The crown as well has a factory diamond set in it!The 057.06 Calibre movement had a new battery installed and keeps perfect time. On the back of the watch and as it can be seen in the pictures, the four screws that hold the bezel to the case were missing so they've been replaced for some stainless steel ones without harming the tread, therefore swapping them back to OEM's wouldn't be an issue.
