The only testing I did was to power the Unit up. I guarantee what I sell. The Units dimensions are 16" x 15" x 5". If postage is needed, the Buyer pays the postage. This Unit is heavy (21 -22 lbs.). If needed, I will purchase a box, at MY expense, from my local pack-and-ship store. When sent, the Unit will be wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap. ANY excess postage paid, will be refunded.
