The presidents of both roads said Conrail was practicing certain policies that was giving Conrail the longer run portion of a car's movement and not abiding by the shipper's route requests. A thorough investigation by authorities have found the charges to be unfounded. -Business Week AJ Tower has been renamed officially "Kiskin.-Joe Jack New York State DOT threatened to go to court to prevent the abandonment of a 5.3 mile former EL branch line from Dayton to South Dayton, N.Y.
