Description: This porcelain tea cup set was produced in Germany by Meissen in the 1870s. It has the underglaze crossed swords mark with pummels. The pattern is in the Japanese inspired "little table" pattern. It is done in Imari colors. It is beautifully hand painted and very bright and colorful. There is gold trim on the rims and handle.The set has a combined weight of 1 pound 10 ounces. The cups are 2-3/4" tall and have a diameter of 3-3/4".These cups are in Excellent condition overall. There is minor wear on the gold trim and a small chip on the foot of one cup (please look at the last photo). Otherwise there are no chips, cracks or crazing.
