He is in very good shape, missing what appears to be a pipe or something that stuck out of his mouth, not sure, but really not much wear to the fur and light wear to the outfit. Non-working which isn't a surprise for the age. Paint scrapes and scratches on the remote, an inside wire not attached which could explain why he doesn't work, not sure. Zoom in for condition.
