RARE 1973 Benrus Type II Class A | MIL-W-50717 Vietnam War Era

Description: Up for sale is a really nice gem! This is an excellent example of the vintage Benrus Mil-W-50717 Type II Class A watch. It came to me with a broken crown and stem. I repaired the stem, sourced a modern swiss crown, as well as the proper gaskets to rebuild the watch. The original crown will be provided with the watch however. It now runs great and is in excellent visual condition with a really crisp bezel, dial, and handset. With the exception of the crown, gaskets, stem (1/2), and strap it features all the original parts. Currently, the movement runs great. However, a service is recommended over the long term. While I did have the watch pressure tested (3 bars), I do not gaurantee waterproofness especially with a watch of this age. Grab this one while you can!
