When batteries are inserted and the switch is turned on, no movement is observed. The toy itself is in excellent condition. Colors are clear & bright. Rubber, clothing & plastic parts are perfect & clean. Windy has a removable bikini top and poseable arms. Cute as a barbie doll. Complete with no missing or broken parts. Ashtray has NEVER been used. It is marked made in Japan. Battery compartment is clean with absolutely no corrosion or damage. When working properly she would blow a blast of air out of her mouth when a match is placed close to her face. This is a "MADE IN JAPAN" toy made by the Poynter Co. in 1978. Quite hard to find in this condition. An interesting toy for any collection of Risque, Tobacciana, or B.O. toys. Displays very well.
