Rare Antique CAIRN TERRIER Dog Metal Figurine MOTHER and PUPPIES on CHAIN

Description: ANTIQUE Brown Cold-Painted METAL DOGS- CAIRN TERRIER with her 2 PUPPIESThis auction is for a small COLD PAINTED in Brown smaller sized Cast Iron metal CAIRN TERRIER dog figurine SET with 2 miniature sized PUPPIES on intact chains. Painted in a medium brown color with intact black eyes and red tongue-- over 90% of the paint intact on all aspects of the puppies and over 80% on the mother (mostly mid back). Great detail in the fur showing thick curly hair on both the mother and her puppies-- even considering their small size!What a wonderful tableau of a mother with her two baby puppies out for a stroll!!! They are solid pieces (not hollow) with original chain. Everything is intact! It is in excellent condition considering the age (see pictures). Please see pictures for better descriptions. The dimensions are:MOTHER DOG· 1 1/4” tall (to the top of the ears); 0.3/4" tall (at the rear) · 1 3/4” deep at each base· 0 7/8" wide at each base (tip of nose to end of tail)PUPPIES· 0 5/8” tall (to the top of the ears) · 0 7/8” wide (tip of nose to end of tail) I have multiple metal dogs in my collection (SEE FINAL PICTURES) and am selling most of these due to retirement and downsizing. The dogs are a variety of breeds, sizes and metals. Most of these dogs are from unknown makers, but the banks and doorstop are HUBLEY. These dogs have been primarily purchased in antique shops in and around the Midwest for the past 50 years. These are some of my best dogs. I DO COMBINE SHIPPING FOR THESE DOGS TO SAVE MONEY.
