Description: Up for sale is a rare high quality early antique handmade Synagogue used Judaica scroll cover.This lovely mantel is completely made by hand out of a white velour and embellished with hand embroidered detailing throughout.It features vibrant gold embroidered thread with exquisite design and is a memorial piece dedicated to David and Pauline Siskind.The cover also has nice tasseled embellishments along with beautifully carved circular wooden crown mounts.It measures 28 3/4 inches long by 16 1/2 inches wide.There are some stains to the velour as shown in photos but in nice antique condition.
