Description: This is a RARE Bennett Miniature Typewriter circa 1910 with the original case. This was owned by my grandfather who was a typewriter repairman after WWII and was stored in a dry cabinet for many decades. There is one spring that is taped to the top (unsure if it's an extra part, but it was taped on a very long time ago). The Z key is slightly lower than the other keys, but all appear to work. There is some cracking in the roller (shown in picture) but it rolls smoothly. I have been careful not to attempt to clean this, thus you will see some dust in the close-up pictures. On the left inside it is engraved as being patented on MCH 26, 1901, with printed details of all the patent numbers and patent dates. The cover is in good condition and still clips onto the typewriter (you pull the side rings out slightly to release the cover). This is must-have vintage typewriter for avid collectors!
