Description: Unique and extremely rare Shanghai Tang Chairman Mao Coffee/Tea Mug. This was purchased at the flagship store in Hong Kong, and never used. Shanghai Tang is a high-end department store selling reinterpreted Chinese clothing & home goods. The mug is done in a pop art style in green, pink, yellow, blue, black, & red. It comes with a beautiful 5" x 4 3/4" purple faux leather 2 piece gift box, with fabric Shanghai Tang label inset, done in bright green, orange & hot pink. One of the nicest gift boxes I've ever seen. Mug is in excellent condition, never used, with no cracks or chips. Mug measures 3 3/4" tall x 4 1/2" diameter with handle. Highly collectable hard to find pre-owned unused Shanghai Tang Chairman Mao 8 ounce mug. Pop style graphics - bright colors.
