Description: Stanley No. 87 Scraper Plane. Good used plane. Good shape, missing a small amount of Japanning. If the Japannimg looks dull to you, it is because I have put renaissance wax all over this plane bed. The anti corrosive T9 rust and corrosion protection is all over the blade which is why it is nice and shiny. you may also see wax on the frog also, some little pieces here and there. These are great products. These anti rust/anti corrosion items are applied to all planes I own or restore to protect them from aging too fast. . Blade says "SIMONDS MANUFG CO FITCHBURG MASS. USA.
