Description: Rare Vintage Foster Bros. Scimitar Blade Butcher knife. Overall length is approximately 17.5" and blade length is 12". Blade is original shape and minimally sharpened. Blade has "Foster Bros., Made in U S A" about an inch from the handle on one side. Also "Foster Bros." stamped in red ink on the wooden handle. Full tang, handle is hardwood with brass fasteners. Some minimal stains on blade, excellent condition. No chips in blade.
