Description: Gorgeous vintage rare design chintz with roses design "James Kent Ltd., Longton, Made in England, Rosita 3045 (printed on underside of teapot in gold)."Some other tiny printing - one looks like "40" but unsure. Also some embedded printing same color (which/glossy) as underside but I am unable to make it out. Really nice condition other than age-related teapot bottom perimeter wear. Unsure if ever actually used. Approx. 7 1/4" wide from tip of spout to end of handle, 4 1/2" high to top of cover x 4" deep. Cover has a rather loose fit showing some of white perimeter of teapot but I noticed other teapots do same thing. From my research this design originally sold as a stackable for one but only teapot available here. Fine perimeter trim in gold.
