There is discoloration/wear to the overall metal portions & talon locking mechanism. There is some wear on the LV French Company painted leather handles. As well as some wear to the bottom piping. All parts work zipper and lock. The interior tyveck tag still intact and attached. In addition, due to age may have some cracks, scratches, odor, rips, lose threads, small holes, wear, discoloration on hard wear, discoloration on leather & monogram canvas and other parts such as fabric. It measures approximately 13.8 in L x 7 in H x 9 in W. This is quite a decent sized bag and will fit everything you need for the day or night. It’s a Speedy 35 so medium to large. I would say it is a bit on the larger side and very generous with space. However, there is a speedy 40 which is larger. This was made in the USA under licensing agreement. The French Company had a licensing agreement with Louis Vuitton to make items here in the USA, due to the increased demand in the late 70s. They made Louis Vuitton items in the US and typically sold to Saks, Neiman Marcus as well as a couple exclusive shops. No date code, due to age.
