Description: Rare! Vintage 1936 BIG TEN FOOTBALL GAME ~ Jack Armstrong Wheaties Cereal Premium ~ Flour City Paper Box Company, Minneapolis, Minnesota ~ Complete Game (No original mailing envelope) with Very Rare Booklet The start of Football Season may still be a few months away, but do not fret! This "old vintage" Big Ten Football Game circa 1936 is here to help fill The Void! Very rare survivor of a game that includes the booklet originally mailed with it, "How To Play Football" by Bernie Bierman, Coach - University of Minnesota. This game is a lot of fun to play. Players roll the five wooden numbered blocks to determine the outcome of game plays (rush, pass or punt). The game is tracked on the "Gridiron Board" using the included Slide Markers. SELLER NOTES: Great condition for an 88 year old cardboard game. Game is complete with "Gridiron Board", "Chart", and all Slide Markers & Numbered Blocks. No tears in either the "Gridiron Board" or "Chart", though the Gridiron shows some foxing and has creases in the slot areas. Booklet, "How To Play Football" is in very good condition. No mailing envelope. Fantastic overall! See photos and use zoom. Our goals are to provide excellent service, represent items accurately, and ensure smooth transactions.
