The people named in the telegram are Thomas and Mignone King, both were held at the Santo Tomas Internment Camp POW camp in Manila, Philippines from 1942-1945! The telegram referencing Thomas King is saying he will be on a special radio program from Santo Tomas Prison Camp, and the telegram referencing Mignone King is saying there is information that she has possibly be rescued from the prison camp! These two telegrams are both dated 1945 and are attached to an old scrapbook piece of paper they do have two Japanese flags with them attached to the same paper! The paper has many rips in it!
