Description: This listing is for a Sara Lee BreakAways promotional travel mug cup that DOES NOT have a matching lid. You will receive x1 cup unless you purchase a larger quantity. These were hand washed prior to listing but should be washed again. See photos for measurements and close up detail. You will receive one cup at random - some have red splotches from printing the logo but most not noticeable. White cup with red printing. 6 inches tall 3 inch wide lid can hold contents of roughly 10 ounces, unsure on whether hot/cold. See below for details on these cups. The Sara Lee company appeared to be doing a sampling release of a product called BreakAways during 1996 which was only tested in markets for Atlanta, GA and Birmingham, AL. It was a cooperative partnership with the Frito-Lay company at that time. It must not have been received well because little mention was made of it again after a few news articles at the time. It appears these cups may have been a promotional item at the release time, so we estimate they are from the late 90s. Manufactured in the USA by Betras plastics. We picked this huge bulk up from someone formerly employed with Frito-Lay at the time who kept them put up. The cups are listed as New - Other because while they were not used, they were jostled around in storage and have some scratches mainly on lids. Listed as hard to find and rare because we cannot find any more info on these or even any similar to it.
