Description: A rare offering of sport variegated Philodendron Mottled Golden Dragonis a rare hybrid from Thailand created fromPhilodendron bipennifolium. It has pinnately lobed, golden mottled (not always) green leaves that roughly look like a dragons head or arrowhead. the leavesare key shaped and as it matures it develops deeply pinnate lobes on leaves thatcan get between 1-2' long and 8-9" wide! This Philodendron loves to climb. Highly sought after for its thick, glossy, mask-like deep green foliage that will mutate into various shapes. Stands at 28" tall from the base of the pot by 17" wide. The largest leaf measures 9.5" long by 6" wide not including the petioles that had just unfurled a large leaf that is still hardening and is about to unfurl another one pushing out new growths. Hard to find him at this size. Leaves are thick, shiny, held by very strong and sturdy spotted petioles, prominent red underside veins, with multiple nodes and long aerial roots that are growing into the moss pole that will stand out in your collection. Very easy care. Can handle different household conditions and is drought tolerant. Place in a bright room away from direct sunlight, pot in an aroid mix and water when the top inch or 2 of soil feels dry or completely dry.He is the very exact plant you will receive.
