Description: This lighter needs a new flint and wick, but the GREAT news is there's still a strong snap to opening mechanism I want to thank eBay user Phigreen0 for helping me correctly date this lighter using the Zippo "dot" dating system for pre-1966 dates. There is a SINGLE dot above the (R) after the Zippo logo on the bottom. The "Bradford" engraving is worn, but can be made out under a jewelers loop. As can the Patent number, but it's much clearer. I'm estimating on the age based on the way the DUI is engraved into the metal and the bronzy color under the engraving
