Description: REDUCED REDUCED This is a vintage Gitzo aluminum Studex Tripod With 3 Section Legs For a total of 9 leg sections. It measures approximately 22 1/2”at the lowest height and when legs are expanded it measures approximately 57”. The 3 leg sections telescope in and out on all the legs. All the collars lock up except one upper leg section collar does not engage because it has a damaged thread. See picture. Each leg collar has rubber covers. The paint on the outer legs show light wear. see picture The center column casting also has a collar with a rubber collar cover. See picture It does not have a center column or a head and because one leg section does not lock I am sell this tripod for parts as is no returns. What I have described is all I know about this tripod. If someone has a damage tripod this is ideal for parts. I have 3 other Gitzo tripods listed for parts and I will combine shipping if you buy more than one.
