It's one of the 200 copies in the edition, and it also includes what appears to be an autograph, so I think it's a valuable item these days. Printed on thick paper. It has been stored in a large file case that can hold about A2 size, so I think it is in good condition, but since it is a paper product, there may be some waving, slight creases at the corners, and some wrinkles.
