Description: I have a used Resideo L5 Water Leak Shutoff 3/4" Ball Valve. The unit works perfectly and comes with a power adapter and a 5 ft water leak detector cable. Install the unit on the main water line after the main water shutoff valve. Connect it via wifi to a phone and you will be able to shut off the water to the whole house remotely if you need to. The unit rotates the ball valve automatically once a month to keep it free. This will work in conjunction with the Resideo L1 water leak detector via wifi. If you install an L1 next to the washer for example, if it begins to leak the L5 will automatically shut off the water to the house to reduce water damage. There is a 30 day warranty.
