There are cosmetic blemishes on the machine such as scuffs, scratches and some pipe shards from previous use, and there's also oil residue still on the machine that is hard to come off. The die heads and their dies all are in relatively good shape and appear to have moderate use. The board attached to the legs is in good shape but still has some oil residue on it that is hard to come off. Extra cleaning of everything to remove dirt, debris and residue is recommended before intended use.
