He is an active member of three ethics committees and of the advisory panel of the Institut national dexcellence en santé et en services sociaux in Québec. Tenzin Wangmo, PhD, PD, has been working at the Institute for Biomedical Ethics at the University of Basel in Switzerland since May 2011. She currently holds the positions of senior researcher and PhD program coordinator. Emilian Mihailov, PhD, is an associate professor in the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Bucharest in Romania, where he is also the director of the Research Centre in Applied Ethics.
