Description: Hello and welcome This is an AE As or Sestertius from the Roman Empire, with Julia Domna (193-211 AD). A good popular coin with the CERES SC reverse. The coin is in rather great condition as shown, with good details both on the portrait of Julia, and on Ceres. The coin does have a somewhat corroded surface and lacks patina, but otherwise a good looking coin. Wildwinds lists it as a sestertius, but the old label lists it as an As, probably due to its size.
