Description: This is a large and heavy stoneware tobacco jar made by Royal Doulton.It shows autumn leaves under the glaze and has the patent clamp lid fitting,to keep the tobacco fresh,with original rubber seal that still works correctly.The jar is 5" wide and 6" tall and has a repair to the lid that isn't a distraction to the overall look of the jar that I have tried to show it in the photos.Marked on the base with the pre 1902 Royal Doulton stamp.
