Description: This is one of those cards that there is not much to write about. It is a Real Photo Card of, what is written on the reverse, "Gathering Fire Wood, Vt", which I can not confirm. It is a couple of Oxen pulling a sled that looks like it has fire wood on it. No humans in site. It is a beautiful winter scene. There is no credit for a photographer or publisher and it is postmarked but not readable. It is in good condition with some minor wear on the corners and edges with little snubs and a bent upper right corner. They all have album marks. There a little staining on the corners and edges but the image is clean and clear, same with the reverse. My scanner has gone magenta on me,,, the colors on the images are more a neutral B&W.Unless otherwise noted, I use Wikipedia for research.
