All of my notes are scanned in high resolution, so any imperfections should be very clear, if there are any at all. Offers less than 75% the BIN price will be automatically declined. If your order is > $50, I will very likely include extras. I follow eBay's default payment settings, so you have 4 days from auction end to submit payment. There is a small smudge on the inside of the slab that I have absolutely no idea how it came to be and how - besides reslabbing - that it could be fixed.
