I have been collecting comics for over 30 years and have cared for this never-read book by keeping it bagged, boarded and stored in a climate-controlled, smoke-free environment within a BCW black hard plastic, acid-free long box. I'm not a professional grader but in my estimation I'd say it's in NM condition and would likely grade in the high 9's.
