ASK ABOUT OUR LOCK TRADE IN PROGRAM! RUSSWIN 1225 ENTRY LOCK w/CYLINDER & KEY & DEADBOLT 8" FACE NICE 2 3/4" BS (40369) Vintage: RUSSWIN circa 1920 - 1950 entry mortise lock lock. Very nice with built in deadbolt and with a original Russwin brass cylinder and two keys. Heavy brass faceplate with body of the lock clearly maker marked 'RUSSWIN', one of America's great manufacturers of builder's hardware during the second half of the 19th & early part of the 20th Century. Dimensions as follows: FACEPLATE: Brass front plate measures 8" long, 11/4" wide, 3/16" thick. BOX: Box is 3 5/8" deep from the back of the front plate and it is 5 3/4" top to bottom. SCREWS: Screws are on 7 1/4" centers. BACKSET: Backset (the distance from the front of the front plate to the center of the knob post hole) is 2 3/4". REVERSIBILITY: The lock is reversible. Functions perfectly. Accommodates a split knob post of 5/16" on BOTH sides of the door. CYLINDER: The lock comes with a new Superior brass lock cylinder and two keys. If you are replacing an identical lock, you may have everything you need. However, if you need a split knob post or knobs, let us know as we may have what you need in stock and we can add that to your order and include in the same box when shipping.
