The logs are all hand peeled with a special peeling process where more of the soft inner bark is left on the logs for a contrasting look, then stained and varnished with a high quality finish. A great plus with any of our rustic log furniture is that any nicks or scratches can easily be covered with a little sandpaper and a dab of whatever finish you choose to finish the stand with.
