Description: Schoenhut Dollhouse Furniture Bathroom Sink and Tub 1931/1932 Rare. This tub and sink set is from either 1931 or 1932. The base of the sink is the style from 1931-1933. It supposedly only came in white or green in 1931 and lilac in 1932/33 in the few references I read. However there was a finished wood color dining room set from 1931 also which I do have in my moms Schoenhut collection. Also a walnut wood parlor set in 1933 which I also have pieces from. It is from my moms estate. This was a part of her Schoenhut collection. Measurements are in the photos. It has flaws which is expected with age however displayable as shown. They are hard to find items. Some rust pick up to the nails and the metal parts. Nails stick out a bit in the middle of the sink so the base turns around however is still nailed in and stands sturdy. White paint parts has some rusting stain marks shown in the close ups. Bathtub is missing the knobs as shown in the photos, sink has them as shown. Pieces have some ding marks and some edge wear. Some wear/ding nick marks to the wood in areas and some wear like graininess however majority is just how it was made. There is a few small chips to the wood biggest one corner edges see close ups. The sink has a piece of thin splinter wood almost like a thread where the base attached to top. Some soil and age pick up. The wood is both light and dark but I think it is just the wood used and the finish. Wax on the back from being attached to a dollhouse. Photos are in natural sunlight so you can see the details. Flaws are expected because of age and it is made from wood. I unfortunately had to change my handling time to 4 to 5 business days. I still ship quickly. However with the current condition of the post office and the slow down of the mail they are already holding packages for several days without any tracking scan acknowledgements. Please note I stay on top of all tracking numbers and I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause in this frustrating situation. I just want my customers to know there will be delivery delays.
