It measures approximately 16 1/4" x 10 1/4" H x 1 1/4" D overall and requires an approximate 15 1/4" W x 10" H cutout. Has an approximate 14 1/4" W x 4 1/2" H interior and (4) 3/16" Dia. mounting holes.
