Would be great for a small conference room, or a home theater, etc. These have a fixed base that is designed to be bolted down to concrete or wood, hardware included for either installation. Also comes with armrests as seen in the pictures temporary installed. Thickness is roughly 4.75 inches when chairs are stowed. These will ship in five separate boxes.
