Description: Hello! For your consideration is my Seiko Sportura GMT watch. This model features Seiko’s excellent Kinetic movement, a type of hybrid movement. It has a rotor like an automatic, but charges a battery so you have a long power reserve. Right now I’m at about a week reserve. Keeps excellent time. You don’t see these come up very often, as they were a JDM (Japanese Domestic Model) only. I am the original and only owner. Watch features a fantastic deep blue ceramic 24 hour bezel ring, weave pattern on the dial, nice large hands and great lume. The large yellow GMT hand is just fantastic. It has a large pilot style screw down crown, and the other push-button is a power reserve indicator. It has a see-thru caseback. The front crystal is sapphire. The bracelet is oddly enough 19mm between the lugs, but features what is now seen on Grand Seiko’s with solid end links, polished small links, and double push-button fold over milled clasp. This also has a display back. Do you like Grand Seiko’s, but don’t want to fork out that kind of money? This will def scratch that itch. I’d say this watch is in Good to Very Good condition. In fact, you’d be hard pressed to find one in this shape where the ceramic insert isn’t half worn away or beat to crap. The ceramic insert is a dark blue, NOT black as is seen only some online photos. It’s kinda hard to capture that. Only a few finger print smudges are seen in my photos, which I took on 09.20.2024. Photos shown are of the actual watch. Bracelet and clasp have pretty typical wear, and clasp wear could be buffed out. Included: Original boxes, manual, warranty card, hang tag, and extra links.
