Description: This is a self-winding Vicount model Timex, overhauled and serviced by JS in Calif. The winding rotor is clanky, and can make noise while the watch is being worn. The watch keeps great time and its advised to manually wind the watch to start, after which the rotor will continue to wind the watch as it is worn. The black sector dial has white numerals, red 24hour numerals and a yellow and white seconds track, with a sharp orange seconds hand. The dial is undamaged, the crystal is free of scratches. The case has no plate loss, decay or rust. It has the normal swirls of a watch this age on its finish, and a few dings not affecting the chromed finish. There is some brassing of the crown from use. It is sold on a vintage rubber perforated strap in yellow, and a correct 19mm width matching the lugs of the watch. This watch was later issued as a quartz model after being re-designed by Todd Snyder as part of their "Military Inspired" line.
