The polenta pan comes in handy for making not only polenta or breakfast cereals, etc, but also small batches of jams and jellies. It's funneled shape allows it to be used as a bain marie if needed. The pan will make polenta for four to six persons. Diameter at rim is 22 cm/8.7 inches.Bottom diameter is 6 inches. Nicely hammered finish. Shows off nicely! The pan has seen little to no use.
