"Hanon - The Virtuoso Pianist In Sixty Exercises", Book I, Vol. 1071 and Book II, Vol. 1072. These books contain an excellent program of progressive exercises which guide a player's technique, building finger independence, agility and strength. Both books are in acceptable condition; there is normal wear to the exterior with some writing in pencil (please see photos), the colors are vibrant, the pages all turn freely and although there is wear at the seams the bindings are tight. There is normal minor foxing on the interior and many dates written above the pieces - much of this is in pencil but regardless the writing does not affect the text at all. *One note please - after photos were taken and this listing was created the little gold Music Store sticker on the front of Book II (as shown in photos) detached from the book, so there is a slightly darker yellow square where the sticker used to be. I will enclose the sticker inside the book and this of course affects nothing - mentioned only so the buyer has no surprises. PLEASE NOTE: For those buyers with allergies, please be aware that all items are stored in a smoking home in which our cat “Spaz” allows us to live.
