(not milled carbon fiber) Mounts nearer to the back end of the receiver to allow for a more practical location than with rails mounted only on the tube only.Rail is mounted mounted with 10 grub screws along the length that evenly distribute the pressure to avoid significant pressure on the barrel tube. (.5mm allen head wrench required for grub screws is not included) The rail is also bolted to the existing bolt holes that hold on the bolt lever cover (see picture) the existing bolts are removed and replaced with (2) included bolts. cover plates remain in place.Installing these two bolts, while aligning the cover plate, rail and bolt can be a bit of a challenge as the tolerances are very tight, ut results in more stable mounting.
