It is shiny red/black throughout, despite looking more black in the photos. The shell & lining are 100% Polyester Approximate Measurements: Length (down the seam on the side to the hem): 54 5/8" Length (top of the zipper to the longest point on the hem): 61 1/8" Armpit to Armpit (across the front, seam to seam, dress hanging up): 19" Armpit to Armpit (across the front, seam to seam, dress laying down): 17" Armpit to Armpit (across the back, seam to seam, dress laying down): 16.5" Waist: 14 1/8" across, 28.25" around (measured across the back seam to seam, 7.25" down from the top of the side seam) Hips: 18.25" across, 36.5" around (measured across the back seam to seam, 13.75" down from the top of the side seam) Slit Length: 31.25" One of the seams of the lining has partially split.
