The front displays three figures, which appear to be of Greek ethnicity. They wear loose & free-flowing Greek himations, which were the outer wool garments worn by Greek men and women. They are stood atop a plinth or stage, with the left figure holding a branch, and the right wearing a military helmet. The bottom center is embossed with - "La Concorde" (a.k.a "Place de La Concorde - The largest square in Paris.)
