Also signed on front end paper by Everett Alvarez Jr, POW for 8.5 years. Scarce 1976 Reader's Digest 1st priting hardcover in good condition; top corners bumped; faint discoloring on front end paper and inside front cover from loosely inserted newspaper clippings about Denton, which are enclosed. Also enclosed is program from Nov 11, 2004 service to honor U.S. veterans at Christ Church Parish, Pensacola, FL where Denton spoke. (see photos). Dust jacket is in acceptable condition with 3/8 inch tears at top front and lower front corners and adjacent folds; smaller tears and wear along edges and corners.
