Description: Signed & Numbered, Pris Martin, The Harness, Lithograph Print #SH. Texas USA, I think he passed in 2008. The picture and inner mat show some foxing. Likely printed mid-century 1900s. Simple metal frame which shows wear; under glass (not acrylic). If you just want the print and not frame, let me know as it is not permanently attached to foam core or anything - I would ship it flat and hard backing to prevent bending and you can save on shipping. Numbered, titled and signed in white. Printed area is 12”w x 13.5”h. Horses, equestrian, farm SecondMoonshot Policies Summary Read about our story and vision at SecondMoonshot.com OFFERS: YOU ARE ENCOURAGED TO MAKE A FAIR OFFER if you do not feel the price posted is reasonable. Offers will not reach me and will automatically be declined if they don’t meet a minimum I set. I trust the buyers are not ‘hunting’ for the lowest offer that will be accepted, if so and the offer limit is exceeded, do not ask me for help…or you can just make a fair offer and not worry about it. LISTINGS: The pictures in the listings are the source of truth. I make every effort to take pictures of any issues or defects in the listings and encourage any prospective buyers to request additional pictures or ask questions (I am very quick to respond); often I will not describe issues where I have sufficiently documented in pictures. If there is a discrepancy, the pictures will override the description. Stock photos are never used, all pictures of the product for sale unless it is a multiple quantity item and all items are in similar condition, in which case I will select a representative example for photo documenting and note in the listing that this is as such. CONDITION: I give by best attempt to state condition based on my interpretation of eBay guides and general industry norms. At the end of the day, it is subjective and ultimately you define what YOU think the condition is…it won’t change the price, its still the same item. I am pretty particular when making any statement as “Like New” or “New”; vintage item in “New” condition will probably be like New Old Stock and will show the condition change due to time. ANTIQUE VS VINTAGE: Items may be listed in the Antique category for a lack of any better / more appropriate category; I will usually put “Antique” in the title if I have reasonable certainty it is such or in the ballpark of 100 years old. Unless stated in the listing, you can assume it is vintage and possibly over 100 years old and you should do your own research to determine any more accurate estimate; ask questions and request additional pictures as necessary. Please share any findings and I will update listing (and possibly price). SIGNED ITEMS: I guarantee the authenticity of the signature in perpetuity. If it is ever determined by an autograph authentication company such as PSA/DNA to be fake, you may return the item at that time for a full refund of the purchase price including shipping (the authentication service costs will not be refunded); a refund will not be made after 30 days if a final determination could not be made. Or you can try to convince me and if you do, same refund opportunity and I reserve the right to get book back prior to refund, should I desire. SHIPPING AND COMBINED SHIPPING: Combine orders for reduced shipping (spanning 3 days max, advance notice appreciated); after an item has been paid for, I will only combine up further until my next shipping cycle and will refund for any shipping discounts. Comics (and Playbills) always bagged and boarded and are shipped in Gemini mailers (9 or less) and Books will be wrapped, taped to backing board, and placed in bubble mailer. Orders (and payment) received before 8am EST will usually ship that same day or next business day if on a weekend or holiday. Special requests accepted within reason. I do not intentionally overstate shipping weight or ship a lower level without contacting buyer. I have a major tendency to be over-protective for items regardless of value, I will always pack properly first and weigh last. Unfortunately I can’t control all aspects of the delivery services but do my best to anticipate and follow-up. Items shipped via USPS Media Mail (books, laser discs, sheet music) can take up to 2 weeks for delivery, so be patient. If you feel shipping is high, check first and will see if an error or if maybe there are other shipping options such as USPS Priority Flat rate for small heavy items or UPS Ground for larger items. Local pickup available on request. Insurance is at my sole discretion since I maintain all the risk (you get refunded regardless if an item is damaged). RETURNS: 30 day no-risk returns and seller (i.e. ME) pays return shipping unless otherwise stated in the listing. You’re worst case situation is that you will get ALL of your money refunded should it not meet your expectations (product and shipping). Refund and Return requests must be handled through the eBay Return process but you are encouraged to reach out to me prior to see if we can reconcile the issue at hand. For INTERNATIONAL orders, I will still refund but will only allow for the US-part of the shipping which is what I have control over since I use the eBay Global Shipping Program. If an item is asked to be returned prior to a refund being issues, the shipping will be at the expense of the buyer. PAYMENT: Buyers are expected to pay within 48 hours of a successful auction or listing. After 48 hours of non-payment, the order may be cancelled on the buyer’s behalf and the item will be re-listed unless you have contacted me. I know eBay gives you up to 96 hours, but do you really want to be that person? Prompt payment is appreciated or at least send me a message on expectations. FEEDBACK: Do not ask me to leave you feedback. I leave feedback at time of shipment 100% of the time at the time of shipment if it was a positive experience, and no feedback otherwise. COMMITMENT: If something is not right, expectations were not met, you don’t feel product is as stated - let me know ASAP and I will work with you to make it right. I am a highly customer-focused individual and have no desire to sell you something you did not order or meet your expectations. Lastly, I WANT your feedback (but will not ask for it beyond this) to make our offering and service even better...via eBay Feedback or through direct eBay Messaging as appropriate. I am thoroughly enjoying this effort. Not everything goes perfectly, but that’s where I believe I shine. I may not be getting rich, but I am having having a blast and the ultimate rewards are your feedback.
