Description: A very rare opportunity to own a vinyl copy of ‘Fun Boy Three’ hand signed by The Fun Boy Three / Bananarama - the late Terry Hall, Neville Staples and Lynval Golding, Sara Dallin, Siobhan Fahey and Keren Woodward. Fun Boy Three were an English new wave pop band, active from 1981 to 1983 and formed by singers Terry Hall, Neville Staple and Lynval Golding after they left the Specials. They released two albums and had seven UK top 20 hits. Bananarama were an essential part of Fun Boy Three, turning a weird, sometimes painfully misanthropic record into something softer and prettier. The Fun Boy Three were credited with helping launch the career in 1982 of Bananarama, whom Terry Hall first saw in The Face magazine. The three women provided credited chorus vocals on the hit "It Ain't What You Do (It's the Way That You Do It)"; the Fun Boy Three later sang on the Bananarama song "Really Saying Something", both reaching the top 5 in the UK. Sleeve is in good condition with some age wear, small creasing and surface marks which are visible in certain light (see pics) Although untested, the vinyl does have some light surface marks which may or may not affect play. As I can’t guarantee good playability you may wish to primarily consider this as an autographed item. Great piece signed by the legendary pop groups!
