Description: Silver reliquary from the 19th Century containing a relic of Saint Agnes Virgin & Martyr. The relic is a piece of the fabric that was used to hold the bones of the Saint. Given its use, it can contain particles of the bones. This reliquary comes with its original document of authenticity COA and with its original episcopal Wax Seal and threads intact, signed by His Eminence, the Cardinal Basilio Pompili. Reliquary description Reliquary made of silver in the XIX Century. Safely kept under a glass we can see the relic with its name resting on a velvet background. At the back of the reliquary, we find the Cardinal’s wax seal holding the red silk threads and ensuring its authenticity. Condition Great condition. No missing parts. The threads and wax seal are intact. Beautiful patina.
